Originating from the Liguria region of Italy, it’s often seasoned with olive oil, salt, and herbs like rosemary, though it can also be topped with a variety of ingredients such as cherry tomatoes, olives, onions, or even cheese.<br>Focaccia serves as a versatile side dish sandwich bread or even a savory snack on its own.<br>Its rich flavor and irresistible texture make it a beloved staple of Italian baking and a favorite around the world.,

Ingredients:

Milk 60g
Yeast 3g
Plain Flour 140g
Cake Flour 110g
Egg 1
Sugar 38g
Salt 0.5g
Butter 1 40g
Butter 2 80g
Nutella Chocolate

1. Sieve Plain + Cake Flour
2. Mix Flours, Egg, Sugar, Milk, Yeast on low speed
3. Add Butter [1] & Salt When Shaggy Dough Form
4. Mix on Medium for 10-15 mins. Or until window pane state.
5. Stretch & Fold. Round Dough. Cling Wrap. Proof 30 mins
6. Roll into 6mm rect. Cling Wrap & Fridge for at least 1 hour.
7. Mark rect dough in 2 half. Spread Butter [2] on top half. Cover top half with bottom half.
8. Roll to rect shape of 6mm thickness. Perform Letter Fold.
9. Repeat step 8 for 2 more times. Chill the dough at any time for it to harden and easier to work on.
10. Fridge dough for 1 hour before proceed next step
11. Roll dough to rectangle of 3mm thick, mark into 2 parts .
12. Spread Nutella over top half . Cover over with bottom half.
13. Repeat step 11-12.
14. Roll in logs and cut in 8 equal pieces. Put in a round baking pan.
15. Bake in 180°c for 20-30 mins depending on the hardness you want.
16. Coat with sugar syrup for shiny texture
