Ingredients:
Milk 60gYeast 3gPlain Flour 140gCake Flour 110gEgg 1Sugar 38gSalt 0.5gButter 1 40gButter 2 80gNutella Chocolate
1. Sieve Plain + Cake Flour2. Mix Flours, Egg, Sugar, Milk, Yeast on low speed3. Add Butter [1] & Salt When Shaggy Dough Form 4. Mix on Medium for 10-15 mins. Or until window pane state. 5. Stretch & Fold. Round Dough. Cling Wrap. Proof 30 mins6. Roll into 6mm rect. Cling Wrap & Fridge for at least 1 hour.7. Mark rect dough in 2 half. Spread Butter [2] on top half. Cover top half with bottom half.8. Roll to rect shape of 6mm thickness. Perform Letter Fold. 9. Repeat step 8 for 2 more times. Chill the dough at any time for it to harden and easier to work on.10. Fridge dough for 1 hour before proceed next step 11. Roll dough to rectangle of 3mm thick, mark into 2 parts .12. Spread Nutella over top half . Cover over with bottom half. 13. Repeat step 11-12. 14. Roll in logs and cut in 8 equal pieces. Put in a round baking pan.15. Bake in 180°c for 20-30 mins depending on the hardness you want. 16. Coat with sugar syrup for shiny texture
